Peterson Chiropractic is a medical facility offering conservative, cost-effective treatment of Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD's) of the upper extremity, lower extremity and spine. We also specialize in the treatment of soft tissue related injuries and the rehabilitation of bulging, herniated,and degenerative disc disorders.
The treatment emphasizes normalization of the injured tissue which improves range of motion and strength, decreases pain and restores normal neurological function.
Dr. Michael Peterson is uniquely trained in the field of chiropractic. He is a specialized provider of Active Release Techniques® to the spine, upper and lower extremities, Mally's Decompressive Manipulation of the upper extremity, and specific spinal manipulation utilizing the Gonstead method. Dr. Peterson is also an Axiom Worldwide® certified Spinal Decompression provider.
Dr. Peterson is a certified, court appointed Independent Medical Examiner for the state of Oklahoma.
With a 12 year background in the Worker's Compensation field, Dr. Peterson specializes in treating injured employees for corporations and third-party administrators all over Oklahoma and surrounding states.
Dr. Peterson also successfully treats various college football programs as well as professional athletes from a variety of sports.
